HOW THE TEA TASTES
A bright high-mountain green tea with a rich floral fragrance, distinctive fresh soybean note and clean sweetness. The texture is smooth and refreshing, with a crisp finish.

HOW TO BREW IT
Gongfu, in a gaiwan
Use 7 g per 150 ml with water around 90–95°C. Start with approximately 10 seconds and gradually extend later infusions.

Use 3 g per 300 ml of mineral water and steep for around 40 minutes for a particularly fresh and sweet profile.
WHERE IT COMES FROM
Sanming, Fujian, China
This tea is produced from the Jin Xuan cultivar in high-altitude gardens around Sanming at approximately 1,100 meters.
The leaves are handpicked in April as one bud with two leaves. They undergo sun withering, indoor airing, pan-firing, rolling and drying. Careful fixation preserves the tea’s fresh green character and distinctive aroma.
