HOW THE TEA TASTES

A soft and fragrant Beauty oolong scented with fresh pomelo blossoms. Honey and ripe-fruit notes meet the sweet citrus-floral fragrance of pomelo flowers, creating a clean and elegant aromatic profile.

The liquor is golden amber with a long floral finish.

HOW TO BREW IT

Use 7 g per 150 ml at 95°C. Start with 10 seconds, then gradually increase the brewing time.

Sanming & Pinghe, Fujian, China

The Beauty oolong base grows at approximately 1,100 meters in Sanming. Leafhopper interaction contributes to its natural honeyed and fruity character.

Fresh pomelo blossoms come from Pinghe County, Fujian. Tea and flowers are combined through two scenting cycles lasting approximately 8–12 hours each, followed by baking, flower removal and refinement.
